DESCRIPTION:The Waterville Area Arts Council Make the Mosaic project is off to a great start! Two community sessions were held recently at the library and one at Browning Community. There is still time to participate. The Arts Council invites everyone to help create the beautiful 13-by-6-foot glass mosaic mural that will be permanently installed in the Waterville Library. Waterville-area residents of all ages are invited to glue the small pieces of cut glass into the design. You don't have to be an artist to participate! Mosaic glass artist\, Gail Christofferson of Animal House Glass http://www.animalhouseglass.com/ will be there to help. Drop in anytime during the sessions for 10 to 15 minutes and try your hand at this art project.
