The Waterville Chamber of Commerce is hosting a complimentary webinar for members and guests on employment issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic on Tuesday, April 21, at noon. RCO Law Employment and Labor Attorney Amy Luck will present “COVID-19 and its Impact on Ohio Employers.” Waterville Chamber Member and RCO Law Attorney Paul Croy will serve as the moderator. This complimentary webinar is designed for employers with fewer than 500 employees.
Now in the second month of coping with this unprecedented crisis, Amy will share her experience working with regional employers who are implementing
COVID-19 federal government and state mandates, and relief programs including Phase l – Coronavirus Preparedness and Response Supplemental Appropriations Act (CPRSAA); Phase II – Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA); and Phase III – Coronavirus Aid and Relief Economic Security Act (CARES Act).
This presentation will include the top ten questions and answers from employers based upon client feedback. At the conclusion of the presentation, Amy will address questions from webinar participants.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, RCO Law is providing a link to the RCO Law website where you will find articles written by our attorneys on current issues, and COVID-19 Resources and Links. These links and resources come from the federal government, Ohio and Michigan. However, it is worthy to note that the leave provisions of the Emergency Family and Medical Leave Expansion Act (FMLEA), and the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act (EPSLA) only apply to employers with fewer than 500 employees.
